When you add a piece to your basket, you'll be asked for the name or wording you'd like on it. Athea then writes or engraves it by hand onto your tasbeeh — no two pieces come out exactly the same, and that's the point.

Every piece is made to order, and Athea dispatches within 72 hours of your order coming in. You'll get an email confirmation when it's on its way.

UK delivery usually takes 2–3 working days once dispatched. So from clicking order to your letterbox is typically under a week.

Yes, we ship worldwide. International delivery times vary by destination — typically 7–14 working days. Any customs charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

Because each piece is made to order with your chosen name, personalised items can't be returned for a change of mind. But if anything arrives damaged or isn't right, email us and Athea will sort it — that's a promise.

If the mistake is ours, we'll remake your piece free of charge, no quibbles. Do double-check your spelling at checkout though — the name is copied exactly as you type it.

Every order arrives beautifully packaged as standard — most of our pieces are bought as gifts for Eid, weddings and new babies, so presentation matters to us. If it's going straight to the recipient, let us know and we'll leave the invoice out.
